    You can order our services by downloading the haracare app that we provide for Android and Ios users which can be downloaded through Google Play and the App Store, or you can directly order through our main website at
  5. How much is Haracare Maid Service cost?

    You only have pay Rp. 45,000 for one hour per Maid. (For Maid Services)
  6. Is the above rate including other tools and materials?

    We do not provide the tools and materials, all equipment is provided by the consumer, and our Maid will solely do their given tasks.
  7. Is Haracare able to clean my residence, no matter how vast it is, within 1 hour?

    Haracare Maid Service performs common tasks in one hour with an estimated area of 35 m2. For more than 35 m2 areas, we recommend you to book more than 1 hour or increasing the number of Maids booked, thus the service quality may reach maximum satisfaction.

  9. Are there any other services from

    For the time being haracare only serves services listed in our service list.
  10. Is it safe to use is only willing to clean your residence if the area is under direct supervision of Service Users. To avoid any undesirable circumstances, we do not proved services if the residence of our Service Users is empty. We have selected, interviewed, and trained our Partner who will work with in advance, in order to maintain the quality of our services. We urge the Service Users to stay careful and treat our Partner like strangers and direct our Partners in their duties.
